Here we are laying out a six week program, highlighting some of the exercises, some of the skills, and some of the strategies that we use at the Dojo.

Lesson 1
Lesson one, Beginnings.
Your first lesson is going to focus on some basic movements and some beginnings skills. Once you have them dialed in we will set your threshold, run you through a quick workout and establish a baseline. At the end of the program we will come back to this lesson and do the workout again. If you put in the time, and put in the effort, you will see improvement.

Meet Your coach
Morgan Bellinger, is a 30+ year student of the martial arts, of the barbell, and of philosophy. His path which started as a means of self preservations, transitioned to a path of self reflection and eventually self cultivation. Along the way he has had the opportunity to train with some spectacular teachers, alongside some incredible practitioners , and to coach some amazing individuals.
